Terms & Conditions

1. Project Framework

These Terms and Conditions define the formal framework for all engagements with Amazon3x. By starting a project, the Client acknowledges the professional capability and expertise of Amazon3x in Amazon specific service management.

We aim to provide high quality service at competitive rates. Acceptance of these terms is a mandatory requirement for any project. Work will not start until this agreement is formally acknowledged or signed by the Client.

2. Governing Law

This agreement and all aspects of the professional relationship including payment and service delivery are governed by the laws of [Insert Your State or Country].

3. Intellectual Property and Copyright

All copyrights to deliverables including but not limited to images, videos, and copy remain the sole property of Amazon3x until full payment is received.

  • Unauthorized Use: Any use of deliverables before final payment is strictly prohibited.
  • Legal Action: Amazon3x reserves the right to pursue legal action for unauthorized use. Any profits gained from such use shall be subject to forfeiture.

4. Refund Policy

  • Sunk Costs: Amazon3x does not refund costs spent during project delivery such as model fees, location rentals, or specialized equipment.
  • Finality: No refunds are provided after photo or video shoots are completed.
  • Dispute Resolution: While specific refund amounts are not guaranteed, we commit to a fair resolution if the final delivery deviates significantly from the agreed brief.

5. Payment Terms

Payments are processed via Stripe and can be made via Debit or Credit Card, ACH Direct Deposit, or PayPal.

  • The Client must maintain a valid payment method on file.
  • The Client is responsible for any fees related to non sufficient funds or chargeback penalties.

6. Product Disposal and Liability

  • 30 Day Policy: Products not claimed within 30 days of project completion will be disposed of or donated to charity unless the Client pays for return shipping.
  • Condition: Amazon3x is not liable for minor alterations or damages to products occurring during the production process.

7. Revisions and Source Files

  • Revisions: Two rounds of revisions are included within the original scope. Reshoots or revisions due to Client oversight or change of direction will result in additional fees.
  • Raw Files: Rights to raw images and PSD files remain with Amazon3x. These are only released if explicitly included in the quote for an additional fee.

8. Delivery and Timelines

The standard turnaround time is four to five weeks following the receipt of the product. This is an estimate based on complexity. Amazon3x does not guarantee strict delivery dates and is not liable for delays caused by external factors.

9. Rights of Usage

Amazon3x reserves the right to use any project deliverables for our professional portfolio and marketing purposes unless the Client explicitly opts out in writing at the start of the project.

10. Limitation of Liability and Confidentiality

  • Shipping: We are not liable for loss or damage during shipping. Tracking and insurance are the responsibility of the Client.
  • Confidentiality: All non-public business information shared during the engagement is strictly confidential and will not be disclosed unless required by law.
  • Autonomy: Amazon3x retains full autonomy over the methods and execution of services subject to the agreed brief and Client feedback.
